    Had to be on the meth he cooked up earlier that morning.

    texting while driving no, but i use the hands free, but if i absolutly have to text while driving, which i almost never do, i wait till a red light, i use talk to text, tell it who, what i want to say then send, no different then talkin to someone next to you or fooling with the radio.
