    I've lived there before. The only not suck was teh beach, but we have better ones in NC anyway.

    I like NM too. The weather is interesting, and I love the wide open space. Plus the food is awesome.

    I've lived here since 1972, and I raised 2 kids here; it's home for me & will be for the rest of my life, most likely. It's not for everyone, but I like it here. There's too many people in other areas.

    I was born and raised in San Diego( Too busy). My last duty station was Ft. Sill, OK (Not a damn thing to do). I like this place because its a good mix of city and country living. Plus Rio Rancho is a great place to raise a family.

    i have traveled the through out the states yet no place interesting enough like NM, some places are to green, to flat, to hickville, to ghetto, besides we have real chili that's enough reason for staying right there :D

    True about too many people. I'm raising my two here and they love it. I was stationed down at the Missile Range late 90's to 2k and have always wanted to come back.
