I am trying to figure out what I want to do with my tacoma, I have the toytec lift, not a fan of it, nor their crappy customer service. I am trying to get a feel for a height difference from my toytec to the rcd lift kit.

Can someone with an rcd lift kit, measure on a level surface from the center of the hub to the top of the wheel opening on the fender? front and rear?

    thank you!

Huh, not positive about others but I have always had great customer service from toy tec. That said good decision man I love the way my friends truck looks with the rcd kit.

I had one front shock blow up on me, as in the shaft blew out of the housing, coil went into the upper control arm and not me, scared the shit out of me, big cloud of oil. I was replacing my lower ball joints when that happened. It was like pulling teeth to get them to warranty it (this was a month after I purchased and installed the kit. After about 6 months I noticed my rear shocks were leaking oil, cleaned them off, checked them again at my next oil change and just as much if not more oil than before, I asked them about it and they said they couldn't do anything about it. They told me to take pics and send the pics to them so they could say for sure, not a word from them. Just pissed me off about the guys attitude towards me. I would be more understanding if he wasn't bull shitting me about it. (end rant)

anyways I rather get rid of the bad cv angles with the correct way of lifting.

Thank you for whoever gets a chance to measure their truck with the rcd.
