    i quit serving bc of a holes not tipping, but i liked it, it was a fun job, got to meet all kinds of crazy funny people...and a holes...but more good than bad.

    I'll do it for you. It's hilarious how few people realize how many healthcare professionals start in serving jobs. It's a thankless job, but I had fun when I did it. Specially on the nights where you were on fire and raking in cash hand over fist.

    pay, not sure better, but more steady. if i was on my game i could usually average about 20$hr

    hoots, would reimburst you for school (better your grades were, the more they paid) got medical, dental, and short term disability, plus paid vacay.

    retirement, im not sure about...


    so despite all the bad rumors about hooters, actually a good company to work for

    True, but it does seem like a vast majority of nurses and EMTs start in restaurants. Dealing with people is dealing with people.

    It's far more fun in a uniform though. They tend to listen a bit better, and there's none of this the customer is always right. :p
