    how you doin?

no, I was going to but the place in Udall that sells 'em was closed the day I was out there so I just said to heck with it.

I do have some for the bike so I will report back whenever I get new tires for it.

Hey guys, nice pics of the trails, great action shots. Been a while since I have been on or posted on this thread.

Quick question, anyone done any LED Gauge swaps? I am wanting to do this mod because I do not like the stick colors at all. I havent soldered anything since helping my dad when I was like 8. Anyone know of a shop here in town that might be able to do it? Not sure I entirely trust myself, though doesnt seem too difficult as I know others have tried it and been successful.

OK, so talked to the guys at work.
One guy said take it to a mechanic.... yeah I don't know why I talk to that guy.
Another suggested Holzman's Race Cars out on Greenwich (good guys).
OR, just do it yourself which is what I would go with.

    Eddy's Toyota...

Stopped in today to pick up an oil filter. When I opened the box to make sure the supplied crush washer was in the box (yes, you are supposed to receive one with the Toyota factory filter, and part of the reason I make the trip to the dealer for quality parts), it was missing.

I ask the parts guy if I can have one, he tells me I must purchase one due to the fact that his boss told him to remove said washers from the package before delivery to the customer. I did not inquire as to what the cost would be, I rather explained to him I'd rather not pay extra for something I should have been provided in the first place.

The parts guy made good with the crush washer, so that's good.

Raises the old eyebrow s little further on dealerships and this one one particular a bit more. If they'll try to get ya coming and going on a very minor item, sky's the limit I guess.

Mind you, I know about the Hutch dealership, probably one of the best all around...and cheapest extended warranty in the country for one...http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/12-feedback-buyers-sellers-vendors/61813-toyota-extended-care-warranties.html

And all around reputable, and the only place local I'd let touch my truck if it wasn't something I could do myself.

Eddy's is the local parts store for stuff I can't get at vato zone or orielly's...

This is the first instance of shinanigans I have experienced with the locals, although I've only purchased oil filters, trans fluid, diff plugs and skid bolts from them before.

Just to me, if they wanna hit me twice on an item that is less than a dollar in cost, they don't want my business.

I guess it comes down to the matter of principle, don't cheat tor customer. In this instance the "average" consumer would be unaware of being shorted a washer, but it should be there. I hope to not sound petty, but principles should be upheld
