    So I email a guy on CL selling lights:

    Me: "I saw your post on craiglist. Are you willing to ship the lights to SoCal - 91731?? I'm interested."

    Him: "I will need the cash first.... And also charge you for shipping.. the box is pretty big I'm guessing Arlington $30 for shipping. You will also need to western union the money before I ship out anything! "

    Me: "Can you please provide more info such as: any broken tabs? scratches? hazing/fogging? uv damage? faded lens? was anything repaired? Also, can you please provide more pictures.
    Can you please find out how much total will cost to ship to a residential area, zip code 91731? By the way, I highly doubt its $30 to ship from Arlington. I've purchased a few from the east cost and it was no more than $20.
    Are you willing to go through PayPal? I don't use western union. If you are okay with PayPal, I would prefer you create an invoice and bill me if I do end up deciding to purchase.

    Him: "Sorry, I need payment ASAP. I do not take paypal, and be quite honest I'm having my doubts about this transaction already.
    The lights are in "like new condition", they are perfect. "

    Me: "If you have doubts, then nevermind.
    Having you invoice me through PayPal creates an official transaction. Should either one of us "back out" on the deal, a dispute can be created through paypal. But again, since you have doubts nevermind. Thank you for your time and good luck selling"
