I just installed mine today:

(smittybilt XRC8 comp winch)

 

i painted my fog lights yellow with the stain glass spray paint did 3 coats and made a shifter knob out of cedar at work the knob looks kinda big and weird in the pics but i love it cause it fits my big hands perfectly and its something different.

 

next mods i think im going to do are paint the lower valence black and paint the grill surround to match the truck and probably paint the stock rims black

 

Took the "old man" in channel vent visors off, much better now.

im unsure on my winch yet, but i found out quick a bull bar does shit all but make it able to mount some lights, and the price i paid i would have already had half my bumper paid

oh well lesson learned, i went single hoop though

 

the new billies came in 2day and got put on 30 min. later! took the 3 inch spacer block out the front and put the 5100s at 2.5. the stock spring will do untill i can buy toytecs after christmas. took me about 2 hr 20 min. by myself to swap them out. still got a one inch block in the back. still sitting about half an inch cali. no scrubbing with the 285/70s.

haha. yeah just taking a break so i figured id snap a pic. went back together well. tires...idk yet... still breaking them in, they have aroud 1200 miles on them havnt had them in any mud, heavy rain, sand, well hell anything yet! ill have to let you know later

yes sir sythentic, I got the Smittybilt XRC8 comp ($450 on Amazon then -$50 MFG Rebate = $400 Shipped ) . I was in the same position, I was going to go AVID or some similar. But the price was half of a plate bumper so I figured just go all out. The truck looks very aggressive now.

 

Looks great!!!! What is that set up on the 5100's? stock coils? what setting on the 5100's? AAL? sorry, just really like this set up.
