Scratched Up- Parking Fail

Hey guys. I scratched up the RH side of my truck a while ago while parking in a real tight mall space. Just wondering if you guys had any reccomendations about good products to remove them with. I can post pics to give u a better idea of what im working with. I dont know if its one of those jobs that call for touch up paint. Thanks in advance

A good rule of the thumb is that if your fingernail catches in the scratch when you move across it, the scratch is too deep to be corrected with polish.
