A standard duty leaf pack will ride way better than an AAL. If you want a more progressive spring rate (better ride) without dropping tons of cash get a 3 leaf AAL, I plan on upgrading my rear setup to that soon.

Also if you're a 4x4 you can't run a spindle lift, they only work for 4x2's.

I myself have an OME complete lift w/ 884 coils, AAL in the rear and LR UCA's and run 255/75/17's with no trimming and no rubbing. I also run 1 1/4 wheels spacers on all 4 corners. They don't look too small, but I will be going up to 33's once these wear out.

4x4 will always be more capable than 4x2.

up front is rubbing the inside black fender when i turn about 35 degrees but i have 3.75" bs so i never touch the frame. in the rear the tamberin stops, stop the tires about 1/2" away from touching. its perfect in the rear

with a 4in i would go 35"s even. makes you look badass and gain extra ground clearence. just requires trimming but u wouldnt be able to flex as much with 33's but go 35"s :)

Ok, I'm not trying to sound like a jerk, but you still have a lot more to learn before you're ready to make a purchase as big as suspension and wheels/tires. In this thread alone you have covered everything from barely a 32" tire that will fit stock with no rubbing(265/70/17), to a 35" tire that will rub even with a 4" lift, to getting rid of the truck because "4x2 is better than 4x4".

It's pretty obvious that you really have no idea what you're looking for, or what's going to suit YOU the best, if you believe that 4x2 is better than 4x4. And yes, it can be better in certain environments, but do they match your intentions?

yes i know i still have a lot to learn not denying that at all. i still have 2 months or so before i come home and buy anything so im just trying to get as many oppions as i can before then. i do feel that i did learn alot from this post im not saying im an expert now or anything but i know a little more then i did before this thread. this is the reason i joined tw. i knew that i would be able to get good honest advice from other taco owners. and the trading in thing i wasnt serious i just got the taco i have 6 months before i left to come here. i do appreciate your honesty though thats what im looking for.
