HELP: how do i get the axle out of the spindle?

    hey guys im working on my first gen taco right now and im stuck at this point. how do i get the axle out of the stock spindle?

    With ADD the only thing that holds the axle to the hub is the axle nut. Take off the nut and whack it with a deadblow and you're done.

    However judging from the picture you uploaded, that's a manual hub. The 6 stud holes are the giveaway. I don't know shit about manaul hubs so I'm no help here. :eek:

    dam:( yeah i took off the outside on the manual locking hub and thats what there is on the inside, i didnt do anything else besides use a bfh a couple times :eek:

    thanks thats what i thought i needed to do.. but i couldnt get the dam washer things off so i was wondering if there was a way around it. damit!

    and out to the garage i go lol

    Each to their own I guess.
    I prefer the FSM as it's free and provides loads more information than a Chilton (at least for the 1st gen).

    Haha I was like, oooh I can be useful :D thats a great find though I spent an hour just looking at crap I didnt even need to change first time I found it. I did notice a few things that were either wrong or just not included though
