a guy at work came wednesday and said Dahls on ingersoll had 4 bottles. by the time i got there after work i got the last one. They quit doing it by list and it is now first come first serve.

The cedar ridge is amazingly smooth. Easy to drink on the rocks.

I can only do jack with coke. Not a big fan of Jack now that i found Cedar Ridge.

Eagle Rare is my favorite right now. Not THE best bourbon I have ever had, but when the taste is combined with the reasonable cost it becomes very desirable for me. The place I used to get it from down in GA only carried one bottle at a time. Not as well known as it should be.

using a sniffer glass like that fill it half as much swish it before you sip, enhances the taste because you smell it too :anonymous:

As far as how to drink, good all by itself. If you want to mix, water is best.. especially for consuming larger amounts.

I'm not limiting it to American. I'm a fan of all kinds of whiskey. I'm just interested to see what else might be out ther.

I would like one that i can drink straight up, but with a mixer isn't bad either.

if you want one you can drink straight up, go with the higher proofs, they are purified more, better taste, and hangover isnt bad like cheaper whiskeys with a lot of impurities in them

i should actually say distilled, not purified :)
