    Thanks for the well wishes guys...just got outta the hospital a few mins ago. EKG and blood tests are good. Think it was a little too much strain pushing that damn car down the road. Been hitting the gym, but I guess I pushed myself a bit too hard.

    Thanks Krazie...Doc said I need to keep up my physical fitness and keep losing weight. I'm down 30 lbs to 219 and 36 in waist....my goal is 190ish with a max 34 inch waist. I'd love to be less than that.
