So check this out. I got banned from the forum for making a guy an offer on some ammo and I let him know that Brownell's had cheaper than him and he had his for a year or two but I still offered him the same amount that brownell's was getting for the new stuff. I got a warning the first time I told someone there stuff was overpriced but I really can't believe that people want retail prices for stuff that is sometimes used and a couple years old.

    Rant over lol

    Opinions?

If you don't follow forum rules you get banned. If you did all of this by PM then I don't see a problem but if you posted it on the thread then that is more than likeley why you were banned. I am a member on there and all of the guys and mods for the most part are pretty understanding and nice.

It's his stuff and he can ask whatever he wants, doesn't mean you have to buy it. They warned you and you didn't listen, sounds like you deserved it...

Spotty, but that's what it sounds like.

"I got a warning the first time I told someone there stuff was overpriced."

That should have been the end of it IMO.

Three strikes rule is set in stone, and if you didn't read the rules, they gave you fair warning...

The trading store policies are actually noted on the home page.

    http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/t...1-zero-tolerance-policy-added.html#post808960

You should really read the rules on any forum. It doesn't matter what anything cost's now. He may have paid more and is looking to get what he paid. If you don't like the price don't post. It is not your civic duty to tell everyone they can get it for less. Not a cool move IMO.

There is a for sale thread on here now about some TRD wheels with a similar situation.

I kinda think people need to know if something is over priced. I wouldn't want someone letting me get screwed.

As a general rule, State-Oriented guns sites suck balls.

PFOA, TNgun owners, MDshooters, ect. All are exceptionally shitty for B/S/T stuff. Most of the time you get better deals at gun shows

Use a more mainstream site for buying/selling. Use a "state" site for local events.

For example, I use SnipersHide, for both B/S/T and finding local LR matches

Everyone on here should more than likely be old enough to drive and therefore should be old enough to think for themselves and therefore old enough to do research and check for a lower price somewhere else. Not trying to be smart but that is the equivalent of running into a merchandise store and screaming so everyone can hear you that most of the items in here can be bought on ebay or Amazon cheaper. That will get you kicked out.

Another thing; you have to be a paid member in order to post a for sale thread on TGO so it make's it even worse that you crapped on there threads.

Ok good point ben... Alder I wish they had a decent gun show in my area... They do one at the Walter State Expo Center just down the road but hell it's not worth the $6 it cost to get in. The last two times I've went any way.
