I figured as much but I felt the urge considering the 'complaint letter to Planet Fitness' debate.

Besides I go to the gym to stay in shape. By no means am I a gym rat but I like to "get my swell on" and as far as everyone elses personal goals...to each their own. That being said....it is pretty effing annoying to see some fake tanned jersey shore brosef douchebag come into the gym and grunt while he's curling 40's!! and I think that it the whole point of planet fitness's rules. just sayin....

IMO do not touch the pills. i have not done a lot of research but they seem to me that they cannot be any good. Also, if you do run first thing in the morning you need to eat within 30 minutes of finishing the run in order to help facilitate the muscles rebuilding. if you don't you are liable to burn yourself out. it doesnt have to be much, maybe a pb&j samnich or something. don't feel bad about eating carbs if you are exercising. as long as you do something they are a source of slow burning energy, which you will need if you are serious about this. good call on the no junk food as well.

As far as cardio goes, I prefer to run but most people don't like to. swimming is considered by many to be the best cardio workout and biking is also a good one. you can also go into the gym and use the elliptical machine or rowing machine. both will give you a pretty good workout. when trying to lose fat you need to try and work up a sweat when you do cardio.

One important and often overlooked point to this also is you need to replenish your salt in your body if you work up a good sweat. just throw a dash or 2 of table salt on top of your food after working up a good sweat and that will suffice.

One more tip I have is to drink lots and lots and lots of water. enough so that you need to piss every hour or so. If you have any questions feel free to ask here or pm. im sure other people have good advice for you too

hey guys, last week at this time I was 158.0, used the same scale measured myself today and am 161.2. My friend gave me 2 weeks of biorythm creatine pills to see if I like it. Today is day 7(so I started day 1 of pills when I weighed 158.0) I have been trying to eat healthy too, and eat more. Is that a healthy gain? Have been to the gym 5 times from last wednesday to this wednesday( all a different body body part group per day..if that makes sense? lol)

Today I was feeling great(chest day) I started at flat dumbell press with 85's-8 reps, 90s-8 reps, 95s-7 reps, 100s-5 reps. Seem decent for my size and weight (6 ft, 161lbs)?
Here are some pics, tell me what you think. Keep in mind this pic was taken about 1 hour after I finished chest day
    Thanks guys

good day at the gym, worked myself till i couldnt do 10 consecutive pushups, also introduced "ring pushups" benched 155 flat for reps, 115 incline for reps and 135 decline for reps as well as dumbell work and flys

    and i weigh between 136-140 :)

oh and i stopped taking creatine a week ago, i think im gonna finish what i got and not buy any again, cause i really havent seen any results from it

and in three weeks im going for a max bench of 225, i did 185 last time and almost got up 190, i might not make it but it never hurts to aim high
