OP should tell the wife, solely on the fact that he'd want to know if he was being cheated on. the friend lost the buddy card when he boned his friends girl. Period!! First off, it's not the best friends fault, it's clearly the woman's fault. And 2nd I'd let it go, although the other dudes wife deserves to know. My 0.02, plus I don't trust women at all.
