Wow, that sounds good to me, my 05 accesscab was 20k w/ 38k miles. Its 4x4 though. So brand new DC for only 4 more grand? :notsure: What is 'TTR'?

So probably closer to 26, 27k? I still think thats a good deal if a 2WD serves your purpose.

its 24.5K plus i believe he said 8.25 in taxes. Ive looked at the weather for Fayeteville and its no more than 2-5 in of snow per year so i doubt i will need 4WD out there , if I do decide i need it I might be able to trade it in at a later time

Have you figured out the difference for the same options but with 4x4? I mean if you can haggle a price around 27...28 with them paying TTR... a 2-3 Thousand dollar difference for a 4x4 wouldnt be bad in my opinion. But if your really stuck on the 2wd (no pun intended) then 24.5 doesnt sound to bad, It never hurts to haggle though.

difference is about 3K so its either a DC with some options or a stripped down 4x4 with zero options. I like the idea of 4x4 but cant justify it knowing tha Fayetevilles weather doesnt call for it

all I can say is that San Diego gets 0 in - 0 in of snow per year and less than a couple inches of rain per year and I still wish I had 4x4....

having 4x4 would be nice if I want to go to the snow or it'd be nice to have in the desert, in my pre runner I have to make sure not to slow down in the sand... just saying it's a nice thing to know you have...

This is exactly what I paid for mine. I got it from Town and Country Toyota in Charlotte. They have good prices down there. I was also in the same situation as you. I went for the upgrades over 4x4 and am glad I did. I haven't been in the situation to need 4x4 yet.

x2, plus with the OP being military, there is no guarantee you are staying in that area...kinda kicking myself now for not buying the 4wd since I will be leaving sunny san diego to a place that snows in the winter.
