Haha, they're no RG3 or Andrew Luck, I know that. I heard one guy after the Egg Bowl and he wasn't terrible in his sentences. Not perfect by any means but he wasn't the worst I'd ever heard.

Yeah, I would rather not be stuck in an office every single day for the rest of my life, and I enjoy camping/hiking/anything outside and since my sister went to Bama and family is towards Florida I want to move that way and still see Bama play. My 3 options are Georgia (no thanks), Auburn (Bama is a bit of a family thing so they're out unless they pay me full ride), and Mississippi State.

Not many full rides in forestry, anywhere. I can't imagine being in Starkvegas as a college student, (that's just me). There ain't shit, nowhere. I do like the small/college town feel, but, fuck, there's zip to do. Athens is a great place, lots of bars and not but an hour or so from Atlanta, plenty to do, but sucks to live there, (we did, from 87-91). If you've done any research, you already know that Auburn has the best in that field. I would think any parents would understand.

Haha, I actually have visited Starkville twice. I have done research and the three schools I've narrowed my search to is 1: MSU (Miss. State) 2: Auburn 3:Stephen F. Austin State ( local school). I've talked with representatives from the universities and looked at various aspects of each school. I like Starkville for the small town appeal. Most of the time I am either studying, playing 42, camping, or hanging out with friends. I don't really need a whole lot to do to keep me busy. Starkville felt like home to me and people were welcoming and very friendly. I talked with a grad student who was at MSU and he had considered Aub, UGA, and MSU and talked to a friend who went to Aub. His friend had been told by a company that if he had gone to MSU for his Forestry degree he would have been picked before anyone else who applied for a job. I compared the programs and saw that they are all very similar but the program at MSU is around 130 hours and a 9 week summer course. My sister's nursing program is less than that. My parents want me to go to MSU or Auburn because of how good they are. The only problem is money. I have heard several times that if you are willing to travel further for college, they are more likely to give out scholarships. I'll just see how it pans out. It really boils down to who pays more for my education.

What's going on w/ this thread? It shows that I'm on page 167 of 169, but I can't go to either of the last two pages. When I go back to my CP and click on the "last post" link, it brings me to post 3339, on page 167.

    I'm confused...

Maybe he can help MSU beat an SEC West team outside of Mississippi...

In similar news... an auburn 5-star commit T.J. Yeldon just switched his commitment to Alabama.

I'm hoping so. We've got various decent players and even some good ones. Dan Mullen is a decent coach too. Just nothing has gone together well enough for wins. You will probably need to revise your statement to include SEC West teams from Texas too.:D

As Texas is outside of Mississippi, I think the original statement stands on its own.

Except, I don't expect the Aggies to be better than Ole Miss.

In totalitarian regimes people come to accept fundamental untruths because they've lost the ability to think for themselves. That being said, which is more legitimate, kim-jong-ils 11 holes in one or bammers 13 national championships?

Mark Richt is a good guy. Needs to be a little more mean on the field, but he's a good person. I don't see how it's a violation to give your coaching staff money. But whatever.

Some NCAA rules are just dumb. I'm sure there's a way that a non-scrupulous person could use his own checking account to do something that would provide an unfair advantage, but that doesn't seem to be what happened at UGA.

^^^ Love that video. That was a pre-Nov 5th video. I wish they'd make another one w/ some post-Nov 5 highlights (and even some from that game) with that same voice-over guy.
