lil bit high on price (especially for a pre runner) but not bad at all IF it's perfect. Check the frame for rust, check what type of lift it is, and make sure everything works on it.

You can check the locker by taking it in the dirt, engaging it and try turning. the inside wheel should do somewhat of a burnout. You could also just floor it and see if it spins both tires but the owner might not like that

If it has a spacer lift, use that to bargain.

Oh well that makes that price pretty good. If you can get it for under 7k that would be a pretty decent deal, assuming there are zero problems with it.

sounds like it could be my old truck haha. $7500 sounds like a fair price... got any pics?

like others said, check for frame rust.

Good deal. Check for rust, be sure the 4 wheel drive and locker both engage. All in all seems like a good deal.

Just FYI, the locker will only engage while in 4lo, unless the gray wire mod has been done.

I would hold out for something with less miles for that price. I just bought my 2002 Tacoma, 4x4 TRD Xtra Cab 5 spd, with topper, ARB Bull bar, with 140k for $6200. It has some scratches and the locker is currently not working, but for that price I can fix those things for less than $1k! Shop around until you find a good deal, they are out there, just takes patience! Here is mine the day I got it.

i would do a comp test on the motor
    check 4 rust
see if he has a maintanence log & reciepts
    lift brand?
