Can't open the door but a foot and a half

 

For those of you that are still keeping up with this and care he is still refusing to pay for this. When I went to take a pic of the damage to his truck he wouldn't let me anywhere near the truck. When I turn more than on full turn of the steering wheel to the left the drivers side tire rubs the pinch welds in the wheel well and the plastics/splash guards are pushed in from the crush damage.

 

Have you reported it to the police?

unless its on his property i dont think he can stop you, public property is fair game, call the cops and tell them what is going on, it will start looking suspicious its his fault and your covered if anything happens cuz popo is there.



other than that squeeeeeeze!!!!!

 

I can't comment much on further details until we get this straight. I got an estimate for repair today which came out to be $1,400 for new fender, door exterior, labor, and paint. I want them to re-spray the entire truck because unless you're really good you can't do much to match silver. They tried with my sisters car but I can look at it and tell you exactly where the old paint meets with the new paint. I'm livid over the entire situation as I was trying to also help him.

 

It was at his job. He works at the local Ford dealership as, here's the kicker, a body repair man.

 

Hope it all works out... guys sounds like a total douche bag.

 

He was a friend but as of now that relationship is no more.

 

I should find a better place for this...
