+1 on the search, but one off the top of my head is GotLift37. He went up 9". Although, his truck was recently stolen, so may be a sore subject for him......

I had a guy in Hawaii that used a 6" fabtech kit, TC upper arms along with a full length KING coil over to go over 9" of lift. The problem he had is the tie rod ends bind so you have to go with heim joints at the ends. He also had to make a spacer to go between the TC arms and spindle to correct the alignment and to also keep the arms off the coil overs. Other than that it was HUGE! 37" with ease!

HA HA, Hey Hodge & Luni, why didd'nt we think of that when your spacer gave me almost 5" of lift with no UCA to spindle contact.... Guess we need to be more creative:D

To tell you the truth there is a better way to do it, except if you want to use 4WD. Start with a 6" Fabtech kit and Camburg Uni-Ball upper arms- then get a replacement coil over like FOX or KING. The Camburg arms have a 1.25" ball and recessed bolt head allowing for greater articulation. Have a billet aluminum spindle spacer milled and use grade 8 or better bolt to sucure, then replace O.E. tie rod ends with 5/8 heims and sleeves. I am putting togeather a kit for another guy in Hawaii soon! Pictures to follow! Keep in mind this is SHOW AND OFF ROAD USE ONLY!

He started with a set of Dirt logic's with a spacer then upgraded to set of KING 2.5" Coil-Overs with Reservoirs. What I can provide is a full length replacement coil over just like the 3" performance kits that will work with either a 6" kit or larger. Like I said before the Camburg arms are perfect for this kind of job because the articulate better than others. Doing this the right way requires swapping out the O.E tie rod ends with heims, clearencing the CV's for added angle or finding manual locking hubs. What we did in his case was remove the CV's and take the input plate in the diff without the rest of the CV. Its important to not go too big on the spindle spacer to avoid problems! Heres a sample...

Well first thing I need to stress is that this way of installing a suspension requires a release of liability as it is a custom off road use only kit! If you were okay with that here is the breakdown...

Fabtech Basic 6" kit w/o rear shocks $1625.00
Fabtech dual steering stabilizer kit $175.00
    Camburg Uni-Ball UCA's $650.00 pair
Machined Chromoly spacer and Bolt $150.00
KING 2.5" Full length Reservoir coil overs $1550.00 pair
KING 2.5" Reservoir Rear Shocks $750.00
Heim Tie Rod Ends w/ misalignment spacers & Sleeve $225.00
Heim Joint sway bar links $185.00
Deaver 3" springs with bushings $680.00
Steel Braded Brake Line Kit - 3 lines $150.00
Manual locking hub kit or clearanced CV's?
