That's because you didn't know the limitations of the stock suspension.

Agreed. An extra set of hands and some knowledge go along way. Drive over there make a friend and remove the 2" spacer...it is causing the problem.

If you want to go higher you will have to go 4.5" RCD, 6" DB Pro Comp or Fabtech. You don't need to buy new CO's because those kits use a spacer that works with OEM and aftermarket ones. You would just crank your aftermarkets down to 0" (stock level) if you decide on a DB lift. No need for new CO's like what comes in the Stage 2 Pro Comp kit.

Before you can get to a shop, if you crank back the spring perch on your coilover, the ride will improve enough and prevent further damage.

It depends on what height lift you go with and your rear shock length, shock manufacturers have different compression and extended rates. I have 10" Fox RR shocks that are replacing my Bilstein 5100's due to the increase on my new lift 4" spindles and rear leaf pack. They make shock adapters for around $30 that can be used for more length. You might be able to get away with your current Fox's on the RCD 4.5" DB but not the 6" Pro Comp or Fabtech.

He may need alignment help after he gets that spacer out.
