Hey guys and gals?........ I am selling my house and if your looking then please take a look or if you know someone then please share the MLS with them. The MLS listing is 4685771. We just got a new roof and AC unit like 6 months ago. Also it has a pool we put in 2 years ago and a new kitchen about 3 years ago. New carpet like 1 year ago, and tile in the entry way and master bath. If you have any questions please let me know.

I know someone is going to reply about how this is not in the for sale section but i am really only posting this for Arizona or greater Phoenix residents.

Yeah Phoenix is a large city if you have to drive from one side to another.

 

I'm still going to look it up. But I really like it in Surprise. I would really like to live at my old place. But it's to far out.

 

Who even lives in Suprise?

Chandler/Tempe/Mesa/Scottsdale is the best area in the valley

 

Wow this house is right down the street from me. I could use my 3 man balloon launcher and hit your house from mine wicked easy!

It is a good area, I used to live about two miles west, Espee park is awesome too

 

I have always been a westsider. My last place was at 297th ave and PeakView.

Where are you located at? I dont remember seeing another double cab in the neighborhood.

My neighbor has a blk dbl cab, I think its a 08?

 

Yeah I grew up in Phx on 27th ave and Camelback and I always thought I was Westside for life...... But then I moved to the Eastside and WOW what a difference.

Ya born at GoodSam. Lived out past the power plant when I was little then moved in town after it was built. Texas just isnt the same and my dad is talking about moving to SunCity.

 

I miss Arizona soo much! I grew up in Peoria at 87th and olive and now my family lives in suprise, avondale and chandler. Living in Va on the east coast sucks ass! My uncle owns Advantage window tint and Sun Pros tint on 57th and Glendale if anyone has had tint done there....

 

I'm pretty much on the other side of the neighborhood near McQueen Rd. I haven't seen your Taco either.. I see a Blue 2010-2011 four door a lot near my house.

Im still staying in Chandler but the wife wants to move to a newer home that is single story. She has lived there a LONG time.... her parents bought the home new and so she lived there as a kid. Then she moved out and her parents moved out of the country and sold it to her and now she has been there now for the last 8 or 9 years. So its just time for her and us to start new with our life together.

We are just moving south of the 202.

It kind of sucks because we just put so much money into the house recently. Like the pool, carpet, kitchen, tile and backyard. But I hope that it just make the house more desirable.

 

A new AC makes the house desirable. Yeah I'd move too if I lived in the same house.. Plus single stories are so much better.. I hate trying to get up stairs when I'm drunk.

 

Oh yeah new AC and roof, I forgot about those.

Luckly I dont have to worry about going up or down the stairs because the master is on the bottom floor but the AC controls are upstairs which sucks.

 

GLWS, I wish prices were like that up here.
