I read some confusion and want to clear it up

Matt likes to have the lists ahead of time! It makes the process easier and mo betta for him to setup the coupon code! So lets go get 25! We are a little under halfway there

 

That is only a stage II! You need a stage III kit or higher

There is one listed as Blazer Fog Light Stage III Kit on the TRS web site. would that kit alone not qualify?http://www.theretrofitsource.com/product_info.php?products_id=243

 

I'm just glad to get in on this, so however it has to work is fine with me.

All I know is that I want more light in front of me on my daily commutes. I saw a dead deer on the side of the highway this morning, and if I can avoid one in the future by having more light in front of me so I can see whats coming, this upgrade will have paid for itself!

 

That was my bad I was putting some people on the list and I thought we could fill in some spots... I wasn't aware of tha rule. My bad...

from my experience, the blazer kit alone did not qualify.. but that was a few weeks ago... they may change now for this GB? iono

but here is a quote from TRS via email "coupon only good on Stage III/Stage IV retrofit kits, or that and other items added to orders containing those."

he didn't specify which stage III or IV kits... soo that kind of leaves it up to the person's interpretation.

Anywho, for those you are ordering the blazer i see that you guys are getting a full fx-r or mini retro as well soo it doesnt matter...

I spoke to andrew, i think it was, at TRS today and he said the stage three kit applied by itself but just the projectors do not. you would have to get the stage three kit (with all the trimmings) to apply for the g/b

So with that being said they should qualify to take up a spot correct?? (if yes, i'll recreate the list )

^^^ That is what he said. I asked them because i knew there was some confusion on the thread. But then again, I was not speaking to Matt (who i guess is the boss), so we may need more clarity, but there is a kit listed as a STAGE THREE KIT on the web page.

 

I was going to ask matt however, i belive the GB was initiated by LEDSolutions and i believe that we should hear it straight from the horse's mouth

i just don't want to make it seem like im barging in and trying to take charge bla bla bla

I called them anyway b/c i had some other questions for them and it popped into my head while i was on the phone with them, but i agree with you, ask the boss. just trying to help, and putting in my 2 cents, not trying to cause confusion.
