That's an awesome pc. I had the i3 version that came out a few years ago that my ex now has ha... Pretty much my divorce.

I have an i5 with 4GB and it runs great. Mine is the 14" version. Even with mild to moderate video editing you'll be fine. You won't have to upgrade to 8GB right away, though it does help. But you'll need 2 4GB sticks cuz there is only 2 slots.

Usually they come with 2x 2GBs for 4GBs, depends on the laptop. So adding 4GB would get your 6GB total. But I have seen some come with 1 4GB and an empty slot to add another 4GB
But either of those will do it.

I just have problems with how I always get treated in Best Buy in general... Between that, and the lack of actual components that true enthusiasts want... I haven't really given them much business.

Besides, I can usually find it cheaper online or at MicroCenter :D. Which I don't like their salesmen much either, some of them are quite ruthless (commission ) they usually are knowledgeable and don't BS... Pretty much every Best Buy I've been to, the guys selling chit on the floor are airheads. I've gone to several, all over the metro area. Mainly the Denver West and Westminster stores tho... Perhaps they're just shite? Meh.

In most cases yes, let me know for sure what pc you're looking at and I'll find out what you'll need to upgrade it.

We don't have crap for components. The ones we do have my discount treats me nicely, in most cases. Though I don't really buy much since I last built my desk top. Most stuff was from tigerdirect and newegg.

Denver West blows.. even their techs are retarded. I've had to deal with them with numerous problems. I guess whatever store I've worked at I've gotten lucky ha. I've been doing pc crap since high school with a few certs here and there. If I put myself out there and tried I really shouldn't be working for Geek Squad with my background ha. But it's a steady job and I don't mind it. Though come May I start my military career.

Which reminds me.. I'm gonna have a shindig before I leave, Devin, Sean I know for sure you guys will come. It'll be in April before I move my stuff to my dads house before I ship off.

Exactly... So no reason to patronize a business that doesn't cater to what I want :D.

Denver West is the one my dad usually goes to since it's closest for him... the friend's mom took her rig to one near the DTC... not sure, she's off I-25 and Belleview tho, whichever is closest to that. Meh.

Good luck in your military career - I have the utmost respect for those that serve .

SO we all agree. Best Buy/Geek Squad sucks :p.

Prob went to Park Meadows? That place is a mad house, like 20 some agents working on computers. Only 3 in my store and I'm the boss man haha.

Thanks for the respect to those who serve, I do as well.

Nice truck. I'll have to keep an eye out, where abouts in Lakewood are you? I work up there but live near Aurora
