    Medium rare is the way to go, especially for ribeye. Filet, maybe rare if its at a good steak house.

    Good to know. I just never really liked my steaks to bloody. I liked them pink in the center for the most part. NEVER EVER liked them well done!!:mad:

    We used to do something similar in scouts. Peel the inside strip of banana peel down but not off the banana, scoop out a banana canoe, stuff with chocolate chips and marshmallows. Then put the peel back in place, wrap in a double layer of tin foil and throw it on the coals for a few minutes. Open up and eat with a spoon. Gooey and awesome.
