That is the correct stock size for my 2012 Sport TRD. Also, 245x70x17 fits perfectly as well.

I will be putting this on a 03 tacoma dc. Please can someone confirm if the stock size from the new gen tacoma 265/65/17 will fit perfect with no rubbing on a 1st gen tacoma?

Also do I use the same lug nuts from the starfish alloys or do I have to get different lugs?

They will fit, but they will sit in 1" further than the stock 1st gen wheels. You will need new lug nuts, shank and washer (mag) style.
