Sealed my bed....finally. Couldn't figure out where the dust was getting into the bed with my shell on (I went to great lengths to seal tailgate and shell). With some investigation I found 10 or 12 holes under the bed rails on each side that would let in the "underneath" elements. One can of "Great Stuff" and I'm good...dust free enviro

Pic of underneath rail with "Great Stuff" in one of the holes:

My observations of the day, 12.5'' wide tires suck to drive in snow lol

also, i feel like my suspension doesn't take as much of the bumps anymore..

Yea i already knew that. Was wheeling with the PO of these exact tires in about 6-8'' of snow lol was kinda funny. But i think they will be great for trail riding on rocks!

I don't like how the suspension doesn't react as much tho...thought that was kinda weird.

Man I told you they were terrible in the snow! :p

The suspension might feel different since they're heavier? And what's the PSI at? I kept the PSI around 32 for the most contact/best wear.

Thanks for telling me that! I was gonna msg you about what psi you ran. I kept mine at 38! lol so thats quite a bit different..

Yeah anything more than 35psi with those tires and the ride seems to be pretty rough. 20psi is nice and comfortable for offroad/dirt roads.

Well now it seems bounce and like that my suspension isn't taking the hits as much as it used too. Most likely the weight..but sheesh. Kinda sad how it doesn't take it as well anymore. But ill get used to it. It looks SO BADASS man..wish you could see it. sexy as fuck man..i can't stop looking at it haha

the shocks probably cant handle the added unsprung weight. But yeah you'll get used to it.

Dude..That will be interesting with no lift..ill be amazed if you can even drive the thing..haha

???what?? Like the valving is off?? Shocks just dampen the coils..and i have Eibachs which were already stiff so the more weight should make em move easier??..

exactly, they move easier which means they can oscillate more on the bumps making it seem rougher. Also the extra weight makes the suspension react slower roughening the ride.

No big deal though and the benefits of having larger tires offroad make it worth it.

Air down to 20psi and most of those bumps will disappear. There's a 13lb difference between those and your old tires BTW.

True, i won't be giving these up any time soon. But i guess the reaction part makes sense. I don't see how the first part would..that should make it smoother lol But I'm okay with it, i don't want it to ride like a caddy. Its a freakin truck. Better feel like one

    Lol well duh..
