    None yet! It's new!
I have an '09 as well. Mine were fogging badly, with drips of moisture on the inside. I showed the dealer, he installed a new set for free, under warranty. That was about a year ago - don't know if your truck is still under warranty. Sometimes if you just show them something like that, they'll fix it anyway. Go in there with a good attitude....

You all have some good dealers out there. The guy in the parts department argued with me for 30 minutes on whether or not he should sell me a factory fog switch because he told me it was impossible to get the factory switch to run aftermarket lights. He said he didn't want to waste his inventory on a bunch of kids stupid ideas. I didn't know being 27 was still considered a kid. I figured I grew out of that when I could drink alcohol legally. Dumbass was wrong in the end. I called Toyota to file a complaint and I got a line of bs from them so I now travel about 95 miles to a dealer in Charlotte to deal with everything.

if you have aftermarket i would say take them apart, stick them in the oven for a few minutes at 200 degrees to speed up the drying process and the put them back together and reseal them

I had the same problem with my explorer head light. I took it out sealed the top then also put some aluminum backed taped on top of the seal. After the seal dried I filled the assembly with water to check for leaks. After checking for leaks, I emptied the water, set the opening upward then took a hair dryer to the bottom of the assembly to evaporate the water. This repair lasted about 5 or 6 years.

Ive had some members send theirs to me to take apart, clean and reseal and have had all good comments on the outcome. Even done some retrofits with great feedback. I'm waiting on a projector kit to come in so I do one. If you have a spare set to put on your truck or can do without them then I'll fix em up for you if your interested.

Mine got water inside and started to fog up.. So I took them out and put them inside overnight to dry them up, and then re-sealed them with silicone.. But now I have water damage on the inside of the lense, and it bugs the crap out of me.. :0

My rears are fogging up sometimes to.. :(
Oh well! Im ganna be getting new lights in the near future anyways..
