Yesterday I went to go get a new air filter for my truck and installed it in the parking lot of the place =P exciting! I was able to feel a difference in my truck after I installed it made me feel cool being able to make my Tacoma better. I got a Wix air filter any comments on these? The guy behind the counter said it was better than the other ones he had =]

I installed a 12v outlet in the bed. The PO had a 4 pin round connector in there already for a slide in camper so there was already fused power from the battery and ground run. So it cost me less than $9 and about 5 minutes. :D

Got a chance to do a few things to my truck.
Installed a new passenger side mirror since the old one wouldnt hold steady, and added some new front Alpine 5x7 speakers(Thanks to my GF for the christmas gifts.). The rear speakers are on hold as it looks a little more involved tearing the back panels off to get to the speakers but they're sitting in my office for when I get the chance. :D
Today I got my tires rotated/rebalanced, I changed my oil with mobil 1, cleaned my windows inside, and greased my U joints real good. Now the truck is ready for the 400 mile drive to Oregon to see family this week. :)

Installed front and rear 5100s with 1.5 lift shackles. Love the new stance! Amazed at how easy the fronts were to install. Equally amazed at how much of a PITA the shackles were to install. Got the shackles second hand from a buddies parts truck and they had already been squished to fit once.

    Kinda..
I prefer the 2nd gen's interior(and opening access cab doors) and the ride better than the 1st gen, but I like the simplicity, size, and the 4cyl from the 1st gen.

Sipe the tires, and lower the psi in them. I run about 25 psi and it helps absorb some of the little bumps.

air em down to 20 and you'll see that they hardly bulge at all.
I run 32 on the street in mine, but i've been looking at the contact(on dusty pavement) and looks like I need to go lower for my truck. I've run 25 for a few weeks before and they seemed really good at that pressure(less wander, smoother ride), but it was a tad too low for wear pattern. I bet around 28-30 would be ideal for a 12.50 on a 4cyl.
