We are trying to find a used green tacoma to buy and to narrow our searches we want to know what years, Gen 1 or Gen II, did Toyota manufacture green tacoma's. Anyone know?

I've seen green 1st and 2nd gens, but there very rare because it's not a popular color... good luck!

Yup! we been looking for a month or so and can't find anything close. We are in the northeast.

I think that Toyo didn't make them as a standard color for every year in the Gen 2 models, but don't know what years they did not make them. We are not sure about Gen 1's either.

I believe they started building 2gens in Timberland Mica in either '07 or '09, and this year, '11, was the last year for them. 2012 has Spruce Mica, which is a different green. Not sure about 1gens, sorry.

Search for the Timberland Mica picture thread, there is bound to be some info in there.

Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
TM was only 09-11 and the spruce did start this year. Looks like they are trying to dumb down the Taco paint to match the Tundy.

Probably a cost savings issue... let's do one green for everything type of deal...
I love the TM because to me the color has a outdoor sporty look to it, but cleaned up its "dressy looking" and ready for a night out on the town...

Maybe get a silver truck and then get the paint code for TM, and just paint it:confused:. Or there's that 3m vinyl wrap for cars.
