    That is disapointing. My snugtop has a thick piece of weatherstip along the front edge of the bed and a rubber seal on the shell hangs over the front edge of th bed. Not sure about your issue at the back. Sounds like they did a rookie job of installing it? loose wire etc. NOT RIGHT!

    That's a bummer man, hopefully they do you right. My softopper doesn't leak and it cost me $600. Not much security though. :cool:

    Seriously , it's for sure a poor seal between the cap and bed at the front .

    Not totally sure what's going on at the rear glass edge as your cap is a different model than mine

    Mine leaked at first also but after I took it back they gave me a seal, sticky and moldable, and realigned the topper and it quit. They put two beads along the front corners.
    The wires at the rear should have some quick disconnects that is why they are bulky. I'll grab a picture of mine in the morning to compare.
