    I have a set of stock leafs off my 04. They were only used for two years until I lifted it.

    OP:

    If you dont like they way the billy/toytec springs ride up front get rid of the toytec springs, get some stock coils (newer ones like from an 01-04 so you know they wont be saggy), and a wheelers 4 pack and billy 5125 for the back.

    You will be stock height and will ride better than stock.

    Getting a used set of leafs from another memeber is an option. Keep in mind that 95-97 leafs are different than 98-04. But I wouldn't buy used leafs unless you know for a fact they have hardly any use, because like others have said, these leaf packs are known for wearing our super quick.

    Okay so you have Eibachs basically??


    Best riding lift and non lift set up is OME. If i was you and NOT getting a lift, get some OME 880 coils and Nitrocharger shocks up front, and the Wheelers 4 pack with nitrochargers

    A slight lift and good ride would be OME 881 coils on nitrocharger shocksand wheelers 5 pack leafs with nitrochargers.

    Eibachs("toyotech coils") are very stiff and give 3'' of lift.

    the OME coils give 1'' and 2-2.5'' respectively but ride much smoother. I think you will be happy with those coils much more.

    5100 shocks also tend to stiffen up over time. Nitro chargers are smoother all around.

    You could eaisly sell the 5100s and Eibachs.

    Your choices are stiff strong and responsive or saggy weak and wollowy. I guess if you don't like one you can go back to the other?

    Wait... did you ever get UCAs for the front lift? maybe bump steer is your problem?

    No the coils rebound like crazy and fully extend the shocks.

    I was told that when they installed the 3 leaf pack that they took out the over load spring.
    While looking at a few threads on leafs I noticed that the only difference between mine and the stock ones I saw was the 3 new leafs. Am I wrong?

    Your stock overload spring is still in. That is supposed to come out with the 3-leaf AAL (Is that the ICON AAL?)

    not sure if i'm following this correctly but with that overload still there you must have roughly 4" of lift, depending on your bilsteins they might be maxed out hard to tell from pic

    Not quite, with the overload in he is probably getting about 2.5'' max.

    The 3 leaf AAL gives 1.5'', and the overload leaf is like 3/4'' thick; so the 5100's should be fine.

    Damn thats like laying 3 pieces of flat steel on top of one another, i added 2 leafs per side to mine & got 3", had to dump the overload, too high with it
