I've done some searching and am just trying to see if anyone has any tricks of getting a dirtbike to fit in the the back of a DCSB and being able to close the tailgate. I don't think it's possible but I'm pretty sure there's a reason why bro's exist ;)
Post pics if you got em! Thanks

Do you have a full size bike? I can get mine to fit in my long bed sideways with tail gate closed but with about 2-3ins of spaces depending on how new my tire is :D

If you are worried about the tailgate (I'd never really thought of that despite driving with the tailgate down occasionally) I'm sure it wouldn't be difficult to secure some type of cover to it. Cheaper/easier than trailoring...

Hmmm I wonder if you could just protect the tailgate with a product like Ziebart Z-shield...?

Yeah I would just get something like the Ziebart Z-shield (or equivalent) done on the entire tailgate. Problem solved.

no way you can close with short bed. what you could do it in the bed either on the passenger or driver side then slide the rear tire to the opposite side. no need to trailer it.

even with the front tire on one side and the back on rear opposite its till about 7 inches too long (thats whats she said) and the only way to close the gate would be to have the rear tire up on the bed sides
