When I say stock look I mean no subs sitting in view...

About a year ago I threw 2 12 inch IDQ12s behind the seat of my 09 Dbl cab and I'm curious if anyone has done anything similar.

How's the system after you got the replacement sub? Still loving the IDQ's?

LOVE IT! I never did get my power issue fixed though. At very high bass volumes the highs cut out from lack of power. I'll probably pick up a yellow top when this battery goes. I have the 140amp alternator so that should be about good enough although I doubt it's 140amp at idle. Something around 200 amps would probably be better if they weren't so expensive.

    Things and stuff and such
I have Focal 165 VB's in the front doors and 165 CA1's in the rear doors, with a Polk Audio MM1040 dual voice coil sub in a Mr. Marv enclosure all hooked to an Alpine PDX-5. Sound deadened doors and back wall. I am really pleased with the sound quality and volume. Huge improvement over stock. I don't have any pics, and I still need to cut out the plastic bin to fit around the enclosure.

My system is loud, crazy load, but more importantly it's crystal clear when loud.
jl c5 components front and back running off a 300/4 slash and a jl stealthbox running off a 250/1 slash amp. Everything looks clean and factory, you wouldn't think 250/1 would crank but you'd be very surprised. also using alpine imprint. check my build thread for all my audio stuff, there's a lot

I'd like to hear that stealth box compared to my IDQs with the JL 1000/1v2.

Kenwood KDC-348U HU Kicker DS65 Front Doors Only 2 Polk Audio MM840 Kenwood KAC 8105D for subs SuperCrewSound.com behind rear seat sub box
I've got 2 kicker DS65's in the front doors running off of power from a Kenwood KDX395 with 2 8" Polk Audio MM840 in a box behind the rear seats of my '01 DC being pushed by a Kenwood KAC8105D. Not crazy loud but it gets the job done. I'm thinking of installing a 10" Kicker L7 in a custom box that will go over the rear seat and down fire into the floor like the access cab guys have and install a cup holder tray style thing on the top of the box and amping my door speakers.
Edit for pics: No pics of the 6.5's in my doors but I made a MDF Bracket to make them fit with some mdf I had laying around from past projects. Here's one of the box installed I'm not entirerly sure that I needed to remove the child restraint bar across the back to but the box in.

Bilstein 5100s @ 1.75 with 1.5 AAL, Satoshi Grill Mod with 2 Hella 500s behind the grill, LED dome and map lights, custom made (by me) 10" subwoofer box behind the dbl cab seat, DVD/iPod/Bluetooth/GPS/TV/USB/Stereo, Yakima rack, Shell, tinted front windows to match the factory backs. Backup cam in the tailgate handle mod.
I'm almost done with my build and will post pics soon. I dont have loads of cash to burn so I find stuff I can afford and read reviews and technical jargon and go from there on a budget. I bought a pioneer gm-5400t for $50 from a local guy new, never used that puts out 760watts max, 380watts rms bridged @ 4ohms. and a pioneer tsw251 subwoofer 800watts max, 200watts nominal power for $72. Built my own box behind my seat of dbl cab. Tested it out last couple days and it freaking loud! I have the bass up a 1/4 turn now because the bass is even too much for me and I like bass! It sounds great! Also have rockford fosgate door speakers all around and the clarity is great with great bass also and nice midrange. I dont need the best of the best just good enough for me and it is. I have a keen ear for music and listen to literally everything and I love the way my system sounds. pics soon.

I don't know anyone running that setup, but as to your question about the quality of the Odyssey batteries...they are the best. They are made the USA with very high levels of QC. Overall a great product. We have some in our test lab right now (Group 34's) and they are very strong. Expensive, but very good.
