    The power flush are pretty cool to there's a plastic pressurized tank in the tank that the water gos into. Then when you flush it blasts everything down. Same concept as public restroom toilets just a residential look.

    I just manually fed my boiler. I have an auto feed sitting on top of it waiting to be installed since last year. I refuse to install a dishwasher even though I have the cabinet space. I do however have a power assist toilet installed. Haven't had a clogged toilet in my home yet!

    Ever seen a public bathroom. When you flush the toilet it's all SHHWWWOOOOOSHHHHHHHHHH and gos down all fast and powerfull?

    I know how you feel. I had a leaky faucet at my house for 2-3 years just fixed it last week. :D had all the tools and parts in my truck to. :b That's the longest I've let somethin go tho

    Get a TOTO toilet with the 3" trapway , you won't need an assisted flush .

    Nope just hook up a water supply and your good. Same kinda install as a regular toilet. The water just gos into that black tank then released upon flushing.

    Depends on how much the customer wants to spend. I've installed a few where it's just a wireless touchscreen pad for the whole hydronic system. But that was a 11,000,000$ lake front house. Bastards

    its called a sloan flushmate toilet got a pressurized take that forces 1.6 gallons of water per flush down with each flush.. pretty sweet until 1 in the morning..lol
