Need advice on window tint

    Im getting my windows tinted for my christmas present. Im thinking about 20% in the front and 5% in the back... any opinions

    oh okay i dont know the tint laws in your state but if you dont have any laws reguarding tint then go 5% all the way around with the strip 6-8" down from your windshield.

    NC cant be any darker than 35% on the front windshield and driver and passenger according to laws.

    marathon superhide max-4 seat covers, weathertechs, maglite mod, 20% tint, 2" leveling kit, leaf spring tsb.
    I've had 20% on my front 2 for about 4.5 years now with no legal issues, even during traffic stops. It's plenty dark too.

    My friend has 5% around with 15% on the windshield on his Tundra.
    1.It looks cool as hell.
    2.It's illegal as hell.
    3.Cant see shit at night.

    I went 5% all the way around. Even a small strip in the front. It looks fantastic. Took a while to get used to, but to be completely honest, I have to roll my windows down to back up sometimes. Its a challenge for sure. Will I do it again? Yeah! Probably so!

    Were ever you take your truck they will know the tint law. I live in texas and 35% on the front( driver and passenger side window) and we can use limo in the back and side. What ever you choose make sure its the new raident products. I dropped 5 degs inside my dark blue Tacoma.
