It's one thing to mess up, and I end up not recieving anything... that I am fine with. It is quite another thing to stand by and let someone else take care of your business.

    And to those who have stepped up and sent out extra gifts, my hat's off to you. You are the folks who make the world a better place just by being in it and we are lucky that you are part of our little community here.

I will be in contact with Susan and Lisa(my elfs, HA) and we will be creating a black list/better rules for next year. I hope to have some kind of minimum post count or something to better protect the good people of TW from this kinda BS. Its one thing to be lost in the mail, but to just plain out not send one?     I don't think it has much to do with post count, its all about character and staying true to your word. We had a lot of new people participate this year and they followed through. If you start making exclusions you are going to be getting rid of good people as well as the bad. I do agree that we keep a 'blacklist' of the people who failed to follow through this year (and in previous years) and make it known that they are not welcome back next year. Just my $0.02 :cool:
