Bought a 2012 DCLB TRD, and haven't been real happy with $30+k purchase: I've been having water condensation forming on the interior of my windows, after 2 wks of ownership; yea, it really sucks when its ice on the inside. I've taken to the dealership and they have pulled the roof liner and completed a water (pressure) test, and not found a fix to the problem yet. The Service Manager feeds me a line of BS about this is common in tacomas. I've never had any issues with my 2006, anyone experience anything related? Any input/contacts appreciated, thanks.

I haven't had it in the cab but there was a lot of condensation on the insides of my door on my 2012 behind the door panels when I put in my speakers. I'm sure that's not normal either :(

It's happened to me a couple times..

Try turning your dial knob all the way to the left so that air is only coming out of your vent and not to the windshield. Close your vents and put it on "off" before shutting off your truck. It hasn't done it to me ever since I did that and I work nights so I usually come out to a sometimes moist/frozen windshield inside.

but be sure to leave them open fairly often during the day so that air circulates and prevents mold and other nastiness from growing. My last car I always left the vents on recirculate and it got a musty smell I didn't notice until I had been away from the car a few days.

I just found the source of the mildew smell in my 3k mile old 2012 AC and turns out somehow i have condensation forming under my front passanger side floor mat. no where else. I have been searching for this smell for the past few weeks then i stumbled upon it while vacuuming my truck out, fair amount of water & the obvious strong smell of mildew. Im not too happy about it & am planning (now that i found the sourse of smell) to take it to the dealership & see what they can come up with. (also never had ANY issues with my 2005)

Maybe a bad seal joint in the floor pan? Pull the carpet and check.
