Having worked at a gas station in my teens, I can tell you those covers come off very easily, usually two 1/2" screws or two 1/2" bolts and you pull it up and out.

With all due respect dude,, inferring people are racist when nothing would support that is kind of name calling too. People hate being called racist especially when they are not. I am not a big fan of Obama and I don't know how many times ppl called me racist but I hated Bush too and those same ppl had no problems when i bashed Bush. It just seems like some throw that racist card out a little too cavalierly just to make a point. Those guys do appear to be doing something shady regardless of what color they are. so,,, anyhoo.
