"i wwebsite as on the internet" is in one of the emails from Ocean Marketing. Not sure why the thread is called that though

 

I read it, unfortunately.

So, a dude named Dave, got into a pissing match with a company who makes some sort of video game controller for retards.

He then tried to own the guy from the company, failed, and sent it off to some obscure site called penny arcade (?) for help.


My take on the story: retards getting butthurt over retard products.

 

Dont waste your time. The cliff notes version above is more entertaining

Cliffnotes:

guy preorders controller for xmas, emails controller company about a ship date, as the consumer has not been updated on late shipments. Also, the company now offers a discount that pre-order consumers did not recieve

company responds with stupidly short, unhelpful emails- dialogue is completely unhelpful

guy gets mad, complains to the guy about customers not being notified, and them being unhelpful.

company pretty much says "waa, waa, keep crying. btw if you try to cancel your order and try to order now to get the discount, we'll cancel your orders"

Guy points out that he's the consumer, and that he has the right to be notified of late shippments and that customer service sucks

company replies with "blah blah blah, we're rich and you suck. You got told, bitch!"


then the whole thing gets forewarded to penny arcade

 

Haha so the most favorable review it gets is "Feels like a douchebag in your hands"

 

now it all makes sense

I enjoy buying products from reputable companies who care about their customers. Unfortunately, this product comes from a company that lacks both of those qualities. I'm also afraid of using a piece of electronic equipment that was designed by someone who isn't able to use "your" and "you're" correctly.
