The Frontier for the most part looks like a nice little truck, but those fenders are hideous. Congrats tho.

I don't mind the style of the.frontier it looks good in black...i drove one awhile back and I would never consider it due to the poor materials used to build the truck...the 2006 Frontier AC I drove creaked and rattled over bumps...

Did you lower it or does it come stock with no ground clearance?

haha, yeah it doesn't have as much ground clearance as the taco, it can all be fixed by way of lifting it/bigger tires but i'm not really worried about it i must not off road as much as you do;)

as for the hitch i'm hittin up etrailer right now actually

Nice truck! That would be my choice of truck if there was no such thing as a Tacoma; but there is, so I would never buy one ;)

    Enjoy it!

Just kidding m8, used to work at Toyota dealership and we had some used frontiers at one point.. never saw the appeal in them but to each their own. Congrats on new vehicle.

That includes the heavy duty engine cooler/radiator and all that. If I were shopping for a hitch I'd go for the factory.

I almost bought a crew cab 2010 Nissan Frontier Pro-4x. I really liked it. The sound system was awesome and the heated leather seats rocked. Congrats on the new truck. I'm still glad I got a Tacoma instead, but ya got a cool looking truck.

I had a frontier once before. I'm not keen on the styling now-a-days, but they are solid trucks. Considering that Toyota owns 25% of the market share in the compact truck category, Nissan is 2nd. They each have positive sides. I love their bed rail system for starters. Of all the trim models available, he at least got the best one available.

That's funny because I was thinking the exact same thing.

I couldn't agree more. I don't mind the plastic fender flares that our Tacomas have, but I'll pass on a full metal fender/rear side panels. Some Titans have a black plastic piece around the wheel wells. That would look better on a Frontier. I kinda believe that the Tacoma will show less wear and tear with the plastic vs. metal (door dings, road rash, etc.). Either way, if the OP is not looking to MOD his truck, he picked the perfect rig.
