    nothing you would notice other then a different exhaust note,and exhaust breathing a little better.its not enough to actually feel the difference.:rolleyes:

    Don't listen to that.

    They increase flow and scavenging of the exhaust pulses. Thus increasing efficiency of the flow, and improving hp and torque. A by product of that, is a change in exhaust note/tone.

    As long as you are referring to changing out to an upgraded header, over stock.

    ^agree with Torspd, when I installed my headers it opened my mid to top end nicely and when I tuned it, the benefit of less restrictions were easily realized.

    What I have heard is that there pretty easy to install. If you are going to put headers on your truck you might as well put full exhaust on the truck and SC the truck as well.

    yeah i already have a flowmaster 40 one int two out dual exhaust but i was seeing lots of rust on it before i deployed so its probably alomost time to do some work on it anyways

    You're not going to realize any meaningful changes without a tune.

    It will help your truck sound like a souped-up Civic though.

    The long tube headers make a very nice and very noticable improvement all by themselves.

    You will get a great gain with tuning, but tuning always improves things anyway.
