Hmmm, curious if they care about retro's. I know I'm pretty much boned when/if I come back up here for work... no flaps, retrofit, supercharger.... lol

Yup, bulb harness relay and ballast. Make a few easy connections and that's it.

He's a member on here, he's always posting in the AZ section too.

Also nice good to hear they don't harrass much for that stuff. I haven't finished my retro's yet... lol (they will be though soon). It's not too hard tbh, heat the oven like BHLM, pull the cover off, take out the reflector for the H4 bulb, put the retrofit in (fits one way) and bam. The shroud will take some modification though, I've been to lazy to bust my dremel out and doo it for like 2 months lol. Key is to use some silicon so it can absorb shock and not fall off like what happened to my buddy (the shroud). Other than that it's just a HID hook up.

Yeah, all of multnomah and parts of Washington county have to get inspected every 2 years.

I had DDM slim ballast in my jeep. For the price they were great. And yes they were just plug and play

Do most people use high quality bulbs and ballast from Phillips after a retro?

You guys should save your money for a little longer and do a retro fit projector set up. Nothing looks more lazy and ghetto than HIDs installed in headlights designed for Halogen.

You blind everyone and you don't really get that much greater light. Having it properly focused is worth the extra money.

You and a bunch of other people. Lol. Pretty sure you'd be able to pull it off for less than $300 if you get creative and put your own parts together. :D

My dad has an iPad2 and loves it. He had the original and liked it so much he was basically waiting in line for the new one.

That's a good question lol... I just have whatever came with the morimoto kit. I *think* it was Philips but I'm not positive. It seemed like people were having good luck with them thus far though from the groupbuy group. I'll check it when I'm back in AZ and get back to ya

If you've got a desktop. Then the iPad would be perfect
