    1200 miles as of a few minutes ago, and 250 more to go, truck hasn't stopped for more than 15 mins since we left TX at noon (yesterday) and we hope to be in our own bed by 11am local time, taking out our dinner stop it will be 1450 miles in just over 19 hrs.

    Getting 17.5 to 18.5 MPG or about 375 miles to a tank and filling up at about 25% remaining.

    I just finished my 5+ hr portion while my wife slept, now it is my turn to sleep.

    wear in TN? and get use to it at 4 am pretty much only things on the interstate or 18 wheelers. and get use to people driving like that here as well.

    I can think of 2 times where a helmet prevented serious injurys to myself ... Once I hit my head hard enough on the dirt to crack my helmet so imagine not having a helmet. I am a firm believer in wearing helmets it doesn't matter how fast your going accidents happen and it's cheap insurance to have one on.

    He spent most of the time two car lengths behind me, and kept going back and forth, and once the sun came up he was still there and people were passing him on the right.

    Just saw a fat lady in a brand new Mazda 3 pass a guy going up a short blind hill on a double solid line, she was about a min from a head on collision, I braked as soon as she did it to get as far away from that as possible. All because some guy in a Chevy was going 3 under the speed limit... :/ I have been driving too long today. Going on 21 hrs...
