Taking apart the TRD Supercharger

As much as I hate going back into mods under the hood, I have to pull the main rotor assembly out of the casing of the TRD supercharger. I have the 1GR (or was once). Has anyone here done this before and if so, other than spilling oil during the process, what to expect? As usual, I can't get any help from the sorry tech service at TRD. The snout is damaged from changing pulleys and I am worried about the imbalance. I think I can save the main shaft by turning the OD slightly from the pulley forward and drilling the center hole slightly larger, and tapping to a larger thread. In the process, I am also going to pull the cams that were made for me and try to sell them here. They are fantastic, but void warranty, and I have others waiting to go in.

Thanks Gadget, I was thinking you might find this. I will definitely give you a call. I have damaged the snout of the TRD S/C by changing pulleys and now have the URD pulley I want to install. The OD has mushroomed at the end and the internal threads no longer exist. I have access to a large machine shop, but have never worked on a S/C. I should have put the URD blower in.
