Yeah the other morning it was at 63%. And it's a work phone so I'll just get a new 4s for free tomorrow if that's the case.

One of my buddies has one and he put it in the bathtub overnight, and also threw it out of his second story window onto the driveway (work phone). With no ill effects.

If you spend all your time waiting for the next version of any technology, you'll never get anything. Tech changes every 6 months, get the 4s and then get the iPhone 15 in two years when you need a new contract.

... ^^^ ... Ditto ... I went from a 3GS to a 4S and will wait until the bugs are out of the 5 ... probably the 5S model in a couple of years.

Changed from AT&T to Verizon and love this 4S and like Verizon better for my needs too.

I picked up the 4s only because it was my time to upgrade! Super nice phone but I would never pay 700 something for it!

I got a 4s yesterday. Loving it so far. I haven't setup the iCloud yet, but I'm loving all the cool features and Siri is cool. I haven't gotten all the workings of Siri down yet, but I'm working on it.

Question: can text messages be "followed"? Another words, if I were to get a comp phone can they see my texts?

assume your company can see anything you do. They can be followed, especially if the comp provides the phone for you...

I asked my cell company if I could get a copy of some text messages that were sent by a line on my family plan and they said I would have to file a subpoena to get them...

Not sure if that's true these days, or for corporate accounts, but it might be tough for them to get the actual text message itself.

Depends on what the companies policy is for IT systems and devices. If you have to sign a form for the device read it over and see what it says in it with regard to monitoring. If there is nothing ask them.
