    mainly chicken wings (cut into 1/4's), some broth and sweet rice. and some spices (that weird red thing, sorry it's not labeled, VERY easy to make though. my pops told me how to make it). :D

    My wife had a Pampered Chef calendar. One month the pic was a Bistro Steak Salad. She picked up a couple of nice cuts of beef that I grilled.

    Then she made a salad "bowl" by frying parmesan and roman cheese. Layered that with some lettuce of choice.

    Slice the beef into strips and place into the bowl. Top with a little homemade peppercorn garlic dressing and chives. Add a couple of sliced red grapes to keep the taste buds coming back for more.

    Man, was that ever good, even if the beef was a little over done for my taste, but perfect for her.

    That steak looks good, cant tell until you cut it in that it was over cooked. Looks awesome.......
