    I never had NO explode 2 but I had the regular NO explode. It doesn't have the pressure build up when you shake and its not as potent as Assault or Jack3d.

    10-4 i just got another tub of it but thinking bout switching to something else when im done, i think its mostly the caffine in it that affects me.

    all my gym partners bailed on me again, but i think imma have a good chest day today ive been in one of those i wanna whoop someones ass moods all weekend haha

    A couple that I have found to be good, effective and overall a good product if you are looking for a pre are NO Shotgun by VPX, and Assault by Musclepharm.

    Both above stated products are very excellent in taste and effect.

    had to go to a regular gym today because the public safety gym was closed, i expected it to suck because of "resolutioners" but i only saw one person there humping the weights with grotesque form. got to spot one guy incline benching 315 and got a fire call right at the end of my workout.

    the call threw off my diet but i ate a cliff bar and a can of peanuts when i got home lol

    sorta, i quit using it for about 2 weeks when i started reaching the bottom of the tub

    hell i didnt see any results with creatine and i drink like a fish and eat like a horse so i quit taking it

    lol i eat every 1-2 hours usually but stop eating 2 hours before i workout :p


    im gaining good strength wise mass isnt exactly my strong point though, my father was always skinny and ripped but strong, he had what he calls flat muscle and i think i got his damn genetics
