    is it okay to use a shake such as synta 6 for a meal replacement? like we have been running calls all day and i havent had time to eat but 1 meal and take half a shower type deal, not everyday

    Whole food is best as it contains more aminos and will help keep u full, but a shake is much better than nothing.

    Metrx has some and so does MHP. I like MHP's shit a lot better. Since you don't have a day like today very often, just buy a box, save it for a day like today.

    Did that to mine yesterday and the day before. Will be doing it again here in a few...plus some upper body shit.

    This new plan I'm on, its a pain and I can't really understand it. It says choose 5 exercises, do 20 reps of each then do them at 20 reps each again then do 5 min hard cardio and 5 min soft cardio then repeat....but its supposed to be a short workout...:notsure:

    With a large muscle group such as legs how the hell can it recover from the previous workout a day or two prior? You'll over-train them and halt results man.

    Not doing weighted exercises man. Stair climber on Monday, body weight squats and jumping lunges yesterday and stair climber today.
