    Yeah...Beer and Rum and Coke will be hard to give up. But I gotta-I liked being about 160 or so in college...184 is too much for me unless I get wicked yoked...and I don't have time to work out like that.

    The wife signed us up at a gym recently...and it has child care (which is my last argument against working out most of the time)

    So I gotta get on a plan of some sort. I was a swimmer in high school and college...so I'll probably spend some time in the pool...and go from there.
